On the occasion of the traditional Imnarja Festival in Buskett due to be held on the 28th and 29th June, Malta Public Transport is announcing the provision of a special shuttle service that should help alleviate the expected traffic.
This shuttle service will be operating between Infetti Road beneath Mdina and Buskett.
On Tuesday 28th June, buses will depart Infetti every 30 minutes from 17:00 to 00:00. Routes in the opposite direction will depart every 30 minutes from 17:30 to 00:30.
On Wednesday 29th June, buses will depart Infetti every 30 minutes from 07:00 to 14:00. Routes in the opposite direction will depart every 30 minutes from 7:30 to 14:30.
The applicable fares will be of €2.50 when commuters use their Tallinja card or €3.00 if paid in cash on-board the bus; two journeys when paying with the 12 Single Day Journeys card; €2.85 when paying with an Explore Flex Card and there will be no extra charge when using the Explore Card.
