Special Service for Farsons Beer Festival

Malta Public Transport is announcing the provision of a special bus service for the Farsons Beer Festival, taking place in Ta’ Qali from the 25th of July to the 3rd of August. To support festival attendees in their travels, Malta Public Transport has established special transportation routes with a comprehensive schedule, ensuring connectivity to various destinations.

The special service will operate from Ambaxxata bus stops (located in front of the American Embassy), with departures starting around 22:30 hrs and concluding around 00:30 hrs. Departure times are staggered to prevent overcrowding at the stops.

Route Details:

  • TQ10: Aldo Moro - MCAST - Bormla - Café Riche - Żabbar - Ix-Xgħajra
  • TQ13: Mosta Independence - Technopark - Naxxar - San Ġwann - San Ġiljan
  • TQ15: Attard - Birkirkara Valley Road - Msida - Gżira - Ferries
  • TQ30: Burmarrad - St. Paul’s - Buġibba
  • TQ80: Żebbuġ - Qormi - Luqa - Gudja - Ħal Għaxaq - Montebello Roundabout - Birżebbuġa
  • TQ90: Aldo Moro - Paola Pjazza - Tarxien - Ħompesch – Marsaskala

The Special Services are part of the free public transport initiative which is aimed at encouraging the use of public transportation. All personalised Tallinja Card holders can therefore travel free of charge, while cash tickets at €3 per passenger will also be available for any passengers who do not have a valid Tallinja Card.
