Malta Public Transport announces that Sunday schedules will apply on Christmas, Saturday 25 December, and New Year's Day, Saturday 1 January.
The public transport service will be temporarily suspended on both holidays between 12:00 and 15:00, with the last buses departing between 10:00 and 11:30 depending on the route. Service will resume from 15:00 to 16:00 until 21:00, with the last buses departing between 19:30 and 21:00, depending on the route.
Between Monday 27 and Friday 31 December, all routes will operate on a Saturday schedule. Routes 49, 50 and 90 will remain in operation.
The company's ticket booths and the Call Centre will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Malta Public Transport wishes all its passengers and the general public a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
