We understand that different customers have different requirements. We aim to provide an easy to use and comfortable service for all our customers and to give as many people as possible the opportunity to travel.
All our buses are low floor and are equipped with a wheelchair ramp and have a step free entrance. This allows wheelchair users to board our buses without any assistance. Our bus drivers are professionally trained and will activate or open the ramp for anyone that requires it.
Our buses all have priority seating for use by persons with mobility impairment, pregnant women, persons carrying infants and the elderly.
Signal buttons and ticketing machines are located at a height which is within easy reach for wheelchair users and other passengers with mobility restrictions.
Buses are also equipped with audio and visual systems which announce the name of the next bus stop and the final destination. These two aids are intended, amongst other things, to assist passengers with visual or hearing impairments with their journey.
In addition to these bus features, members of our staff are also trained to help make travelling on our buses as easy as possible for people with restricted mobility.

Mobility scooters and Motorised Wheelchairs
Our priority is the safety of our passengers and due to size and weight restrictions, it may not be safe or possible to use all motorised wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
There are various mobility scooters and motorised wheelchairs in use that vary in size, weight, turning radius and speed.
In order to facilitate use of mobility scooters and motorised wheelchairs on our buses, you will need to have your mobility scooter certified. There are no fees associated with the issuance of a Mobility Scooter Sticker. Please click here or read our Travel Conditions for further details.
