Malta Public Transport to provide Special Services for Festa Frawli and San Girgor Feast

Malta Public Transport is announcing special public transport arrangements for the upcoming San Girgor Feast and Festa Frawli events.

For those planning to attend the San Girgor feast in Marsaxlokk on Wednesday 3rd April, Malta Public Transport is offering additional bus services with a dedicated TD10 route from Valletta to Marsaxlokk and back. The morning service will be operating between 9:15hrs and 11:35hrs with departures scheduled every 20 minutes, synchronised with Route 81. In the afternoon, the bus service will run from 13:15hrs to 16:55hrs, with buses departing every 20 minutes, aligning with Route 81's schedule.

For Festa Frawli in Mgarr, taking place on Sunday 7th April, the company is organising a special Route X44 in collaboration with Route 44 to facilitate travel from Valletta to Ghajn Tuffieha via Mgarr. Buses will depart from Valletta to Mgarr every 30 minutes between 10:00hrs and 15:00hrs. The return trip from Mgarr to Valletta will also leave every 30 minutes, starting from 11:00hrs until 18:00hrs.

Additionally, a shuttle service will operate from Ta’ Qali (Stadium Area) to Mgarr. The shuttle from Ta’ Qali to Mgarr will operate every 30 minutes between 10:00hrs and 15:00hrs, while the shuttle from Mġarr to Ta’ Qali will operate every 30 minutes between 11:00hrs to 18:00hrs.
