Audio & Visual Announcements: Buses feature audio and visual announcements for upcoming stops to assist passengers with visual or hearing impairments.

Support: Our employees are available to assist passengers with restricted mobility, ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Mobility Scooters and Motorised Wheelchairs

Due to size and weight requirements, not all mobility scooters and motorised wheelchairs can be safely accommodated on our buses.

Below are the steps to certify your scooter:

Complete Certification Form: Obtain the form from the Transport Malta website or office.
Submit Form & Photo: Email the form and scooter photo (JPG format) to [email protected].
Attend Verification Appointment: Transport Malta will contact you to verify scooter details.
Receive Permit: Approved scooters receive a sticker, which must be visible to the bus driver.
