This form enables you to apply for a replacement of your tallinja card. Whether your card has been lost, stolen, or damaged, this form will assist you in obtaining a new card.
Please provide accurate and complete information to ensure a smooth and efficient replacement process. Upon submission, a €5.00 administration fee will be deducted for damaged or expired cards, while the fee for lost and stolen cards is €15.00. The fee will be deducted from your existing tallinja card balance. If you opt for delivery, an additional postage fee of €3.85 will also be deducted from your tallinja card. Ensure that there are sufficient funds on your card to process this request. Any remaining balance will be transferred to your new tallinja card.

What is your response time for processing the online replacement request?

What can I do if my card is stolen?
Contact us immediately to reduce the risk of the card being used by someone else. Once a report is made the tallinja card will be immediately blocked, and it cannot be used again, even if it is found after being blocked.
Do you have other options for replacing a card?
Visit one of our Sales and Information offices, either at Valletta Terminals, Buġibba Terminals, our Sliema Sales Office at The Ferries in Sliema or the Welcomer’s Hall at Malta International Airport, and have the card reprinted. The administration fee is €5.00 when the card is returned. For lost or stolen cards, the administration fee is €15.00. The balance on the lost/stolen card, as at the time of reporting, shall be transferred to the new replacement card. To have your card replaced, and for security reasons, we would require a photo ID or passport as confirmation of your identity. No cards shall be reissued without this proof of ID.
