Special Bus service for Versatile & Friends for ALS

Malta Public Transport is operating five special routes for the Versatile & Friends for ASL free concert in Valletta on Wednesday 4th September. Buses will depart from the Valletta Terminus at 00:00 and will serve the main destinations across the island.

The special bus routes are:

Route JC1 (North Route) towards Ċirkewwa will make stops in Msida, Birkirkara, Lija, Mosta, Burmarrad, Bugibba, Qawra, St Paul’s Bay, Xemxija, Mellieħa and Għadira Bay.

Route JC2 (Central Route) towards Ħamrun will make stops in Msida, Tal-Qroqq, Kappara, San Ġwann, Naxxar, Mosta, Mtarfa Bypass, Rabat, Attard, Żebbug Bypass, Qormi and Fleur-de-Lys.

Route JC3 (South Route 1) towards Paola will make stops in Marsa, Bormla, Kalkara, Xgħajra, Żabbar, Marsascala and Fgura.

Route JC4 (South Route 2) towards Ħal Farruġ will make stops in Marsa, Tarxien, Żejtun, Marsaxlokk, Birżebbuġa, Airport, Żurrieq, Qrendi and Mqabba.

Route N13 will make the normal night route toward St Julian’s through Msida, Gżira and Sliema Ferries, but will operate extra trips according to demand.

The TD Plus service will also be extended until 00:30 and passengers may reserve their seats through the Tallinja App, selecting the time and bus stop they wish to stop at. TD Plus guarantees seating aboard one of the dedicated mini-buses and drives to the requested destination in the most efficient route available. The service currently operates in Floriana, Blata l-Bajda, Msida, San Ġwann, Gżira, Sliema, St Julian’s, Swieqi and Pembroke.
