Increased Night Service

With effect from 12 May 2017, Malta Public Transport has increased the number of Night Service trips as follows:

  • Route N10, which operates from St. Julian’s to localities in the South of the island, is now operating every 30 minutes between 00:15 and 01:45; and every 45 minutes between 01:45 and 03:15 on Friday and Saturday night.
  • Route N11, which also operates on Friday and Saturday night, is now operating every 30 minutes from Cirkewwa to St. Julian’s between 23:05 and 02:05; and from St. Julian’s to Cirkewwa between 00:05 and 02:05. There is also another trip from St. Julian’s to Cirkewwa at 03:05.
  • Route N12, which operates from St. Julian’s to central localities, is now operating every 30 minutes between 00:20 and 01:50; and every 45 minutes between 01:50 and 03:20 on Friday and Saturday night.
  • Route N13 between Valletta and St. Julian’s is now operating every 20 minutes from Monday to Sunday between 23:30 and 01:30 from Valletta; and between 23:50 and 02:10 from St. Julian’s. On Friday and Saturday night there are also trips at 02:00 and 02:30 from Valletta and at 02:40 and 03:10 from St. Julian’s.

There are no changes to the fares for Night Service, which are €3.00 for cash tickets purchased on the bus and €2.50 when using the tallinja card.
