Malta Public Transport announces updates to the winter bus schedule starting on Sunday 6 October 2019.
The following routes will introduce new journeys with immediate effect:
Route 90 from Valletta to Żabbar will introduce an additional hourly journey between 06:00 and 08:00 on weekdays.
Route 212 from Sliema to Buġibba will introduce an additional hourly journey between 05:30 and 09:30 and between 15:00 and 18:00 on weekdays.
Route 310 from Victoria to Marsalforn will increase journey frequency from every hour to every 45 minutes.
Route X1A from MCAST to Ċirkewwa via the University of Malta will start operating daily from Monday to Friday.
The following routes will revert to the non-Summer schedule:
Route 49 will not serve Armier Bay and will make its final stop from Valletta in Għadira Bay.
Route 74 will not serve Blue Grotto and will make its final stop from Valletta in Żurrieq.
Route 101 will not serve Ġnejna Bay and will make its final stop from Valletta in Mġarr.
Route 109 will not serve Lapsi Bay and will make its final stop from Valletta at Bajjada bus stop in Siġġiewi.
