We are searching for talented young people who are interested in working for an international company in the road passenger transport sector.
What does it involve?
3-year intensive preparation before potentially taking up management responsibilities in one of our operations around the world
Reporting directly to the Department’s Director and being mentored by the Transport Division Director of the Group
Moving to Malta or Cyprus to commence training with a local operator
Aiming to develop into a high-performing professional
Acquire Management Skills
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this program, candidates must be:
University Graduates
Proficient in English (minimum of Level B1)
Fully available to participate in international programmes
Willing to pursue career trajectories that involve international moves in the present and/or future
